- Subject: 3725 Channel Type Attach?
- Lines: 8

- We are installing a 3725-1 to replace a 3705; will be running
- VM ACF/NCP V4.3, SSP V3.6, and EP Release 4. The 3725 Intro
- manual says that it can be connected to byte or block multiplexer
- channels; also says that EP must use byte multiplexer channels to
- communicate. For running PEP (some lines run in NCP mode, some
- in EP mode), do we have to connect the 3725 to a byte mpx channel,
- or will the the EP lines still work ok if it's hooked up to a
- block mpx channel?
