  14.     I was chatting with some historians yesterday and the question
  15.     of the quality of the University of Arkansas came up.  It was
  16.     suggested that the academic standing of that university-- and
  17.     higher education generally in Clinton's state-- is quite poor,
  18.     and notably worse than in neighboring states. Does anyone have
  19.     any information on what impact Clinton has had on higher
  20.     education?
