- A full-day conference focussing on topics of interest to the academic,
- legal and business communities, as well as librarians and other information
- professionals.

- Barbara Sloan, Head of Public Inquiries for the Washington Delegation of the
- Commission of the European Communities will discuss EC institutions, informa-
- tion-producing entities, and EC documentation. Distinguished panelists will
- conduct separate breakout sessions to address currency issues, standardization,
- agricultural issues, communications, and political and social concerns.

- Attendees will be supplied with extensive documentation and information on
- available resources. Registration fee is $30.00. A buffet luncheon and recep-
- tion following the program are included.

- Co-sponsors of the conference are the Delegation of the Commission of the
- European Communities, the Center for European Studies at the University of
