  27. I used a calculation icon within an interaction icon to do
  28. this. The calculation icon was "active if condition
  29. "IconTitle=so and so" is TRUE.  Then, within the calculation
  30. icon, I used "GoTo(IconID@"whatever"&IconID@"whatever else")"

  32. Try this or some configuration similar and see what works.  I
  33. found the error trapping capabilities of AuthorWare to be MOST
  34. helpful in trying various schemes...most of the time the error
  35. trapping just wouldn't let me mess up things too badly.  Good
  36. luck and let me know how it goes.

  38. I think your idea about a venue for sharing problems/questions
  39. about AuthorWare is a good one.  EdTech may be just the place to
  40. locate folks with this interest.
