  26. RExL v2.11 is a fourth generation language product for PC-compatible
  27. computers. RExL contains a dBase compatible database module with full
  28. indexing capabilities, a comprehensive screen and forms designer, a
  29. folding text editor and a debugger and runtime module. It is aimed at
  30. people who want to create powerful applications, with a consistent user
  31. interface, easily and simply.

  33. RExL has its own internal language (with over 180 functions), similar to
  34. BASIC, which is linked in a unique way with the concept of rules and
  35. logic to make programming more intuitive. The full screen debugger is
  36. based upon industry standard products and features step, trace, watch,
  37. evaluate, animate, breakpoints.  There's also a postfix compiler module
  38. included which can produce fast standalone DOS executable files.
