  13. Thanks to Judy for her pointers on documents pertaining to the Internet.
  14. It seems there's an explosion of interest in the subject.  I'd like to
  15. suggest a couple of other documents:  Zen and the Art of the Internet,
  16. which was available in PD form, and soon will be out as a book from
  17. a real publisher.  And another good guide is the CICNet Resource Guide,
  18. just out this summer, available for $27 from:

  29. And now a pet query:  Does anyone have any good graphics that give a
  30. quick flavor of what the Internet is all about?  Many readers of this
  31. mailing this probably have to present Gopher or other CWISes in
  32. presentations, and need to give a two minute "this is the Internet"
  33. overview before they get into the specifics of their CWIS.  A
  34. good picture or two could certainly be worth a thousand words here.
