  13. We here at UC Riverside-Rivera Library are exploring the idea
  14. of an on-campus document delivery service.  I would like to hear
  15. from libraries which have implemented such a service.  Specifically,
  16. I would like to know:
  17.               1.  To whom is the service available?  Faculty;
  18.                   grads; undergrads;other?
  19.               2.  Do you charge for the service?  IF so, for
  20.                   what do you charge, and how much?
  21.               3.  How do users place their requests with the
  22.                   document delivery service: e-mail; campus mail;
  23.                   phone; in-person?
  24. I would appreciate answers to these questions and am interested
  25. in any other information you would care to provide.  Please
