  13. If you are a first time user, it maybe easier for you to retrieve the BASIC
  14. source code for UU/encode/decode.... You will get it as text... and then use
  15. any standard version of basic to run it, like GWBASIC, or quick basic, I did
  16. that myself when I first tried to get files from public sites.

  18. use any trickle server like   TRICKLE@FRMOP11  or  TRICKLE@AWIWUW11
  19. send a message   including   HELP  only and read the file for usage..
  20. check the directory  <MSDOS.STARTER>  it has all what you need to start.
  21. the file  <MSDOS.FILEDOCS>SIMLIST.ZIP  has a listing of all the pub. dom.
  22. stuff available from SIMTEL@) and mirror sites and others like trickle servers..
