  23. The news has been FULL of these posts for 2 weeks now.  Would you send
  24. Azatoth or Celebrandil cash if they suddenly blew their power supplies and
  25. had to stop coding?  Would you send Uno money if he burnt his copy of DPaint
  26. and needed to replace it?  Every time you see some other PD/Demo author
  27. say they've broken their hardware are you going to help them replce it?

  29. I think the answer is simply NO, you'd expect them to go out and get a part
  30. time job or something and pay for the replacement themselves, and not whinge
  31. to news about it every day for the next few months until they scrape
  32. together enough money.  If you want to post once, FINE, and leave it at that.
  33. Anyone who doesn't donate after that obviously doesn't want to for whatever
  34. reason, and continually posting isn't going to help you out.
