  45. I don't know what country you are posting from, but I am a strong
  46. believer in US Constitutional protections.  We cannot allow
  47. agencies of the government to violate civil liberties and
  48. safeguards of persons accused of crimes.  It is never an
  49. excuse to say that these safeguards are being trampled on 
  50. in the name of a noble cause, such as fighting child abuse,
  51. or treason, or drug trafficking, or whatever.  That is
  52. the road to tyranny.  I agree that government agents are
  53. not gods, and that is why government needs to be held in check.
