  12. I succeeded in building Lucid 19.3 on AIX 3.2.2.  If I run it on a
  13. remote node, it dies while initializing (apparently while it is
  14. putting up the menu bar).  If I run it locally (on my 220 WS), it will
  15. start up.  However, the menu items don't seem to do anything.  And, if
  16. I C-X C-F and then ask for a file to open, it reads it in, displays it
  17. and then cores.

  19. I'll get a core dump and wring it through dbx later today - if I learn
  20. anything (or maybe even it I don't:-), I'll post the where listing (at
  21. a minimum).

  23. I wanted to know if anyone else was working on this (note - I'm not
  24. using R5 X11; I want to run Lucid on a vanilla AIX environment under
  25. Motif).
