  15. But I am still unable to join a channel.
  16. I can do /list and /users and /who
  17. but when I do /join or /channel I always get the
  18. message "unknown command (CHANNEL)". I am using
  19. something called tolsun.oulu.fi
  20. Can you please tell me what is wrong and how 
  21. I might be able to solve it ?
