  20. At the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, screen locking is
  21. not a problem because of watchdog, a program that logs out inactive
  22. accounts, locked screen or not.  During long file transfers you are 
  23. placed in an exception file that cannot be altered by hand....
  24. ie, if someone tries to put themselves in the file, they don't get
  25. the 'benefits'.  During my stay there this seemed like an effective
  26. compromise.  If you wanted a dawg program for yourself, a fairly
  27. simple way to implement it is to stat your tty for activity.  I haven't
  28. tried this on xterms, but it ought to work.
