  21. No, absolutely not. Everyone knows that alt.cesium is for DISCUSSION of
  22. cesium itself and not for any binary postings. You should use the groups
  23. alt.binaries.pictures.cesium and alt.binaries.cesium for those
  24. purposes only. Requests may be sent to alt.binaries.cesium.wanted and/or
  25. misc.test, which ever is more appropriate. Now how are we supposed to 
  26. control propagation of USENET articles if people refuse to follow the
  27. rules of the set-forth newsgroup charters?

  29. If you're not receiving alt.binaries.cesium or alt.binaries.pictures.cesium
  30. at your site, use the 'addgroup' command or (for maximum effect) send
  31. out a newgroup control message IMMEDIATELY. We can't have all of those
  32. articles falling through to junk at your site; the bandwidth is just
  33. too high.
