- No, absolutely not. Everyone knows that alt.cesium is for DISCUSSION of
- cesium itself and not for any binary postings. You should use the groups
- alt.binaries.pictures.cesium and alt.binaries.cesium for those
- purposes only. Requests may be sent to alt.binaries.cesium.wanted and/or
- misc.test, which ever is more appropriate. Now how are we supposed to
- control propagation of USENET articles if people refuse to follow the
- rules of the set-forth newsgroup charters?

- If you're not receiving alt.binaries.cesium or alt.binaries.pictures.cesium
- at your site, use the 'addgroup' command or (for maximum effect) send
- out a newgroup control message IMMEDIATELY. We can't have all of those
- articles falling through to junk at your site; the bandwidth is just
- too high.
