  17. A .tar.Z file is a file, which was made by "tar", and then compressed using
  18. compress; therefore, you will need the followingtwo programs to reverse the
  19. process: 1)  uncompress ( which is a link to compress ) to uncompress the file
  20.          2)  tar to "untar" the file   ( tar xvf the_file_name )
