  29. We had the same problem here.  It was over a year ago, I am not quite
  30. sure, but I _THINK_ it was the fact that our normal users ENQUEUE quota
  31. was too low (less than 35 if I remember correctly).  Do a  SHOW PROCESS/QUOTA
  32. and check your Enqueue quota.  If it is less than 35, there is your
  33. problem.  If you can, get it bumped to up, say, 50, just to be safe.
