  10. ZCRYPT19 has just been posted to comp.sources.misc.  These routines
  11. let you add encryption/decryption to Zip v1.9 and UnZip v5.0.  They
  12. will work for VMS.  I will not be posting them or making them
  13. available from my FILESERV because of the export restrictions, which
  14. are really weird and are something I'd just as soon not deal with.

  16. So, if you want the encryption facilities, either read WHERE. that's
  17. distributed with Zip and UnZip, or hussle on over to
  18. comp.sources.misc.
