- RT11FB or sj, xm or bl will boot from a system containing more memory.

- If XXDP works and FB,XM don't look for 1 of several problems.

- 1) Too little memory enabled, or perhaps wrong starting address.

- 2) Screwed up interrupt chain or perhaps DMA chain. Do you have an
- empty slot, wired for DMA board w/o a bus grant jumper installed.
- XXDP does not use interrupts (it polls!).

- 3) My memory is dim, but I believe the 11/34 was the only unibus
- machine that could be set up to use a small i/o page (2k). Q-bus
- RT11SJ/FB users could get an extra 2K that way (30 vs 28 kw memory).
- This required a patch in SJ, FB. It's deadly to XM and unpatched
- monitors.
