  20. You gotta be kidding!! All of the CSCPAT_nnnn kits (all of them!) are
  21. VMSINSTAL savesets that Patch an image.  Almost everything that is done in a
  22. VMS0nn, VMSMUPnnn and VMSUxnnn kit consists of patches.  If DEC is getting
  23. away from the use of the PATCH utility, then every single itty bitty VMS
  24. release and subrelease will become huge.  Can this be real?
