  16. Rental Referral Cons (as they are lovingly known by all who
  17. are unlucky enough to do business with them) is a COMPLETE
  18. RIPOFF.  They have a large listing of places which they will
  19. let you look at if you make enough noise, but most of the 
  20. places on the list are either no good, a million miles away,
  21. or ALREADY RENTED.  In fact, a couple of the people I called
  22. concerning houses on the list said something along the lines
  23. of, "Did those cretins from RRP tell you to call me? #@$%*!!!"

  25. Just trust me on this one--AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  27. By the way, if you've already had your $80 stolen by RRP, bear
  28. in mind that I (with the invaluable help of a lawyer from
  29. Student Legal Services here at UNC) got back $70.  It seems that
  30. RRP is operating in violation of a couple of local laws.
