- If only you were bright enough to read what you write... At no time in
- our history was a fetus recognized as a legal person. It might have been
- illegal to kill them, as it is illegal to kill a bald eagle. But that
- doesn't make a bald eagle a person, nor does it make a fetus a person
- LEGALLY.
