  27. If only you were bright enough to read what you write...  At no time in
  28. our history was a fetus recognized as a legal person.  It might have been
  29. illegal to kill them, as it is illegal to kill a bald eagle.  But that
  30. doesn't make a bald eagle a person, nor does it make a fetus a person
  31. LEGALLY.
