  20. While I certainly agree that Patrick Humphrey's use of the term "fat
  21. black ass" was utterly unjustified, I have to say that they are some
  22. bizarre circumstances when one is justified in using the term.  For
  23. example, if you're trying to distract a drugged crazy from his
  24. hostages so that they can escape, you're justified in calling him (or
  25. anyone else) anything you dam' well please.
