  29. As I said above, there is no Constitutional right to life.

  31. Fetuses never *had* personhood status in the first place; that's been
  32. recently documented on talk.abortion.

  34. Additionally, I don't see how you can reach the conclusion that
  35. without Roe vs. Wade legal abortion automatically collapses (because
  36. of the Supreme Court), due to the simple counter-example that some
  37. states had legal abortion before Roe vs. Wade.
