- Fetuses never *had* personhood status in the first place; that's been
- recently documented on talk.abortion.

- Additionally, I don't see how you can reach the conclusion that
- without Roe vs. Wade legal abortion automatically collapses (because
- of the Supreme Court), due to the simple counter-example that some
- states had legal abortion before Roe vs. Wade.
