- I agree with Ms. Bartley about the lack of Constitutional guarantees on
- all these issues except for birth control and abortion.

- The ninth amendment to the Constitution states that the enumeration of
- certain rights to the people shall be construed to deny or disparge
- others retained by the people. If a right to privacy is not implied by
- this amendment, I would conclude that this amendment is meaningless.
- Even a most modest conception of privacy would I believe lead to the
- decision in Griswold vs. Conn.
