  17. This statement is not correct.  Doug has posted no proof,
  18. but merely the speculative readings of some lawyers.  Events
  19. subsequent to that speculation, clear statements within the
  20. cases he quotes (statements which he deletes every time, but
  21. which have been posted by Mr Greenfield), and state laws that
  22. contradict his claim directly all show that reality does not
  23. jibe with Doug's speculations and claims.
