  28. From what I have seen of Mr. Pitts, I believe that he is a pretty
  29. straight forward sort of a guy who is willing to state what he believes
  30. and then stand behind his statements. While he and I may see things
  31. from different sides of the issue, I have never seen anything that
  32. would give me cause to doubt his credibility.

  34. Even here, Mr. Pitts states that he does not believe he can be an
  35. unbiased moderator. A lot of people would not have the honesty to
  36. make such a statement. For this reason, I believe that the attack
  37. against Mr. Pitts may have been inappropiate.
