  24. If you are rich enough to be able to afford choosing your own doctor, then
  25. good for you. But 40 million Americans cannot; 70% of whom are working
  26. full-time jobs (or their families), according to ABC News.

  33. any legal recourse when the system sends them back to abusive parents?
  34. We're not talking about children complaining about chores or not having a
  35. Nintendo. We're talking about children beaten, both physically and emotionally. 
  36. Do they have no rights if the system makes a mistake?
