  18. I think that is a frequent happening; people are raised in a very op-
  19. pressive, authoritarian environmente; then they get out, and they take
  20. literally the promises of justice the judicial (at least implicitly,
  21. and often explicitly) makes. When they try to have some of their wrongs 
  22. redressed, they find the judicial system is less effective than they
  23. were led to belive; and the judicial system finds them "arrogant".
  24. They (and, in fact, all of us) should remember an old Gipsy curse:
