- I think that is a frequent happening; people are raised in a very op-
- pressive, authoritarian environmente; then they get out, and they take
- literally the promises of justice the judicial (at least implicitly,
- and often explicitly) makes. When they try to have some of their wrongs
- redressed, they find the judicial system is less effective than they
- were led to belive; and the judicial system finds them "arrogant".
- They (and, in fact, all of us) should remember an old Gipsy curse:
