  15. I have a linearly independent set of n vectors in R^n, i.e., the 
  16. vectors form a basis for R^n. I need to compute the content (volume)
  17. of the intersection of the cone formed by these vectors with a 
  18. sphere. The sphere is given using the coordinates of its center and its
  19. radius.
