  12. contains a telegraphic review (on p. 702) of "SOLSTICE: An Electronic
  13. Journal of Geography and Mathematics".  The review says this is one of
  14. the world's first electronic journals, in TeX, distributed both on
  15. paper (for a fee) and electronically (for free).  How can one obtain
  16. this journal electronically?
