- I want the nodes and directed links of a given directed
- graph to be displayed in a pleasing way - where clusters
- of tightly connected nodes are automatically arranged on
- the diagram in a local region.
-
- I am sure there are programs out there which display
- directed graphs nicely, but where?
-
- I need to get out a paper on the evolution of random
- directed graphs, my graphs are evolving, but currently
- I transcribe the directed matrix to xfig and muck around
- with it four a couple of hours. I could write a program
- - but I want to shake the bushes first.
-
- Kind suggestions anyone?
