  11. What does one have to do to a composite video signal to make the TV
  12. do a verticle retrace?  This is for BLACK & WHITE video and it does
  13. not need to be broadcast quality!  My only referrences to diagrams of   
  14. this sort are for color video.  It seems that with out color one could
  15. just keep the horizontal sync low for a while after the last line of 
  16. video.  Is this true?  If so, how long does it take?  Any suggestions,
  17. references etc?
