- We've been using one here for about 2 months now to program 27C256
- EPROMS with no problems. The software is a little cumbersome to set
- up to default to a particular manufacturer, device, filename, etc.
- (to do this you cannot just save the current setup, you must manually
- edit some initialization file), but for $139 I don't think you can beat
- it. We could not use it to program our Altera PLDs though, for which
- we use a (much more expensive) Logical Devices programmer.
