- If you have a sharp enough filter you could remove the colour burst without
- problems but you'd remove the colour as well (I suppose you realized that).
- 3.58 crystals are dirt cheap, so a crystal filter is probably a good
- road to take.
- You could try using an LM1881 to derive the burst gate
- and clamp the back porch, which would remove the burst. A simple
- one transistor amp would invert the whole signal. To invert just the
- video, use the horizontal blanking as a switch signal.
