  18. Actually it isn't all that long ago (approx 7 years?) that the UK
  19. government refused to officially acknowledge that this `enormous group
  20. of buildings' existed, let alone say what they were for!  A fact that,
  21. I believe, caused great amusement to people who lived in Cheltenham and
  22. saw it every day!!!
