- I have just started running again after a two month layoff. I've got some
- questions, not about starting training, but about little pieces that might
- add to it.
-
- 1. Are there any tricks to keep myself stretching? I personally don't like
- it. I normally start off fairly well, but tend to lose interest because it
- doesn't seem to be doing anything.
-
- 2. Does anyone out there have any tricks to getting up early? I've been
- trying for years, but have almost resigned myself to just running at night.
-
- I've been running for eight or nine years, so I know most of the normal tricks.
- If you've got any ideas or suggestions that are off the beaten path, I'd
- really appreciate it.
-
- Thanks,
-
