- I've seen several of these types of planes converted to tail draggers. This
- is a more rugged setup (No nose gear to bend) and also gets you started in
- tail draging take offs and landings.
- To convert, the rear main gear must be moved forward perferably just forward
- of the leading edge of the wing. Then get just about any tail wheel assembly
- from a hobbie store of in our case dig one off some carcass that some one has
- 'lawn darted'. I fly at Mile Square park in Fountain Valley CA. and at least
- 2 to 4 planes a day find thier way to one of the many trash cans there :^).
