  13. Hello out there.
  14.         I was just given a vacation from now until September 7, the school ran
  15.         out of money to pay me so they call it vacation time!!
  16.  
  17.         I am looking for somewhere easy to get to to set up camp, swim and of
  18.         course fish!!! I will have with me my wife and two children(3-1/2 and
  19.         1-1/2). Joshua, the older child loves to fish, the younger child,
  20.         Justin, likes to splash about. Their mother, Christine, has yet to be
  21.         convinced that fishing is not only fun but, for me anyway, the best way
  22.        to relax!!! (note I said fishing, not catching) Joshua has to date
  23.         caught ONE fish a 5 inch mackerel off of the town pier using his fully
  24.         functional DuckTales 3 foot long rod and a closed face spinning reel.

  26.         I had hoped to escape to the family homestead, a half insulated no
  27.         running water, composting toilet installed, 3 floor A-frame cabin and
  28.         112 acres of land complete with babbling brook and an occasional deer
  29.         or porcupine nibbling on the wooden foundation, which my parents own
  30.         BUT, they decided that they would vacation there this very week!!!

  32.         Normally this would be no problem, it's a big house, but Christine and
  33.         I are sick to death of them and want to get away from them as much as
  34.         get away from home.

  36.         Here comes the real problem, lack of money.
  37.  
  38.         I, being a starving college student, am barely able to make ends meet
  39.         with the money that I am making here at UMASS and whatever Christine
  40.         can make cleaning houses, (our parents houses).
  41.  
  42.         If anyone can give me the name or number of somewhere within 6 or so
  43.         hours driving from Boston that will meet any or all of what I am
  44.         looking for PLEASE drop me a line as soon as you can.
  45.         Preferrably somewhere off of a major road way I-95, I-93, Rt-3, etc.
  46.         The more detailed the directions the better.

  48.         Heck if anyone has a back yard big enough and can spare some running
  49.         water and perhaps a shower by all means don't hesitate a reply.

  51.         Perhaps this too would make for a good addition to the proposed FAQ,
  52.         cheap places to stay to fulfill one of lifes greatest needs, a place to
  53.        fish.

  57.         ps. Our budget for the trip is about $150.00 this is to cover gas,
  58.         campground costs, food(I will bring from my folks house whatever I can)
  59.        and any other needs associated with this trip.
