  11. I have a 1988 Chevy Cavalier with ~60,000 Miles on it.  A couple weeks
  12. ago I seen smoke come out of my steering column near the turn
  13. signal(windshield wiper) switch.  Now my windshield wipers only work on
  14. the high position.  The dealer want $150 to replace.  Is this easy to
  15. do?  Has anyone ever tried it before?  I might buy a repair manual and
  16. try it myself.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
