  15.  Sounds to me like you want the choke to stay closed a bit longer. With the
  16. "child-proof" setups mandated by our friends in government some disassembly
  17. may be required (like drilling out rivets and relacing with pop rivets or
  18. screws when done). If you're subject to yearly inquisitions it may behoove
  19. you to match the original fastener type so as not to clue the Smoguemadas in.
