- Do you mind if I ask _why_ you don't have a cat? Do you enjoy fouling
- the air with hydrocarbon emissions? Personally, I don't have much to
- say, other than: The state of New York has developed, in co-operation
- with the NSA, CIA, FBI and NBC a roadside cat detector, which will
- automatically photograph your license plate and face upon detection of
- a vehicle which has had the catalyst removed or defeated. This will
- be used as evidence against you in a court of law. Anything you post
- to usenet can and will be held against you. So why not go down to the
- junkyard and blow 50 bux on a used cat, and help clean up the air (or
- at least keep it from getting any more foul)?
