  11. I am considering moving to Wisconsin (from CA) and would appreciate any info
  12. on smogging my car.  I realize that passing should not be a problem, but am
  13. just wondering if it even gets smogged.  Is smog required every two years -
  14. or just when the vehicle is sold.  Also do I need to smog it to get Wisconsin
  15. plates?  While I am just rambling here - how about, do I even need to get
  16. Wisconsin plates or register it in Wisconsin?
