- I thought that too, but after my Model A sat 2 months I finally got
- to dropping the pan to take up on the main&rod bearings. I was
- surprised to find the bearings to still be driping oil after that
- length on time. There was a beautiful coating of oil on all the
- crank journals. So I would tend not to worry if an engine sits
- around a few weeks.
