- That depends: do I have a contract with this person, giving him
- consideration (money) in exchange for transporting my property safely
- and without damage? Unless I am mistaken, this is the contract I have
- with UPS or FedEx. Nobody has yet presented any evidence which would
- contradict this view, but if someone does, I'll be very happy to read
- it.
