- Never use an "up and down" motion on the video head...do you want to
- misalign or--worse yet--break the video head? I'd expect a "repair shop
- to use this technique and then turn around an charge you for an expensive
- repair.

- for this subject (or there should be). Or you can just buy a book about
- VCR repair and maintainance.
