- I don't know how long it takes to make natural diamond, but I bet we're talking
- thousands of C14 half-lives. So I don't think that diamonds have any
- radioactivity from C14. If they are freshly mined, so that there are no
- cosmic ray spallation products, and are pure carbon, then they are probably
- some of the most nonradioactive objects on the planet.
