- Many stereo cassette players (like mine) have a switch that
- can put the unit in auto-record or auto-play mode when the
- power goes on. Since my player is connected to the
- "switched" outlet on the back of my receiver and my
- receiver has a timer, I can auto-record. Get a player with
- this switch, and then you can hook it up to a regular
- automatic timer.
