  35. I can't sue for malpractice because of the statute of limitations. This
  36. happened about 6 1/2 years ago! But I want to refinance my condo so
  37. I can pay my legitimate bills (like my student loan!) but now a creepo
  38. from the Broward County Collection Services called me and I spoke
  39. to him in a normal way until he started with his generic collection
  40. guy insults. *sigh* I just hung up on Magnum P.I. and called an
  41. attorney, who sent Magnum a letter. I am awaiting the results.

  43. I didn't want to sue to begin with, I just wanted to live! I was
  44. bombarded with hospital bills that I could not pay, I offered
  45. something like 25 dollars a month to each of the four hospitals
  46. I went to (except the clinic, I offered them a lawsuit and never
  47. heard from them again until they sneaked the collection agency thing
  48. on me). Everyone dropped the bills except this jerk. I am forever
  49. indebted to the doctors and the hospitals I went to, and will
  50. someday repay them, one way or another. The Seven Mile Clinic (in
  51. Winter Park, Colorado) is making it impossible for me to have a chance
  52. to even pay for the education I just received; I can't even get
  53. started because of this rich doctor enjoying his lucrative business
  54. and his low paid incompitent staff in a ski paradise is stepping
  55. on my credit after almost killing me! If I had died, he would have
  56. been sued anyway! Gotta go, bye!
