  16. You guys are luck.  TCI cable in Denver suburbs will disconnect your
  17. service if you are 20 days late in paying!  Last month I was busy any
  18. didn't watch TV at all for about 1 week.  I turned on the TV to find snow.
  19. Checked my cable bill, found that I was 30 days late, and that they
  20. wanted $60.00 to reconnect!  I called them, told them that I thought
  21. that was rediculous.  They offered to reconnect for $15, and that they
  22. would discount my bill by $15 (for the week that it was disconnected).
  23. So it didn't cost me a penny to reconnect.
