- Well, actually, if you take still pictures of the house/apartment
- and have the pictures developed, the date on the back of the
- pictures will at least attest to the fact that the pictures are
- *before* pictures.

- We move around alot, so we rent alot also. I have learned that
- as soon as I walk in the door (after signing lease) I have a
- brand new roll of film in my camera, and take pictures galore.
- Then I take the roll in to be developed. Date stamped on back
- proves it was only within days of moving in.

- I've never had a problem *after* showing the landlord the pictures when
- they start to give me a problem. However, I normally leave a place
- cleaner than it was when I received it, therefore problems have been
- minimal.
